Those are accessible through the control panel on your hosting provider’s website. [Redirect Checker](https://www.redirect-checker.org/) gives more info on that. That’s what the issue was, not a plugin. * But then we couldn’t figure out why it worked on the 2nd site. * We figured out that you must have fixed it in your last update without putting it in your change log which is why the first site never got fixed b/c the update didn’t fix it, but a clean install does. * Then he reset the options on the problem site & it worked.
