 * I am sure that the database name and user/passwd is correct, also is permissions.
   I try it at a bussiness server, it is no problem. But my server report this msg,
   the server configure by windows 2008 + iis7 + mysql5 + php5 + wordpress 2.6.2
 * Please help me,thanks in advance:)

 * activated error_log = syslog in php.ini resolved the problem:)
