    What do I do? Any and all help is appreciated.

    The error mentioned above occured when I tried to run install.php inside of my FTP client. I fired it up in Firefox by going to
    The first time I tried that, I got a 403. I’m currently trying again and it just keeps loading and loading, no progress showing.
