# Error when I open the install.php file…

 * Whenever i try to set-up my WordPress by opening up c:/web/wordpress/wp-admin/
   install.php, I get this error:
 * **Parse error:** parse error, unexpected T_REQUIRE_ONCE in **C:\Web\wordpress\
   wp-config.php** on line **18**
 * I am running Windows XP Pro on my laptop (the server) with a Yonah dual-core 
   processor & 1gb ram.
    I have Apache 2, PHP 5.16, and MySQL 5.0.24a.
 * I am very new to Apache, PHP, and MySQL.

 * open it with a web URL.
 * like http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php
 * Replace localhost with a real DNS name, of course.

   WordPress itself.
