  • Hi @moyten,

Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. It must be quite frustrating to have spent nearly a year trying to connect your website to Google Merchant without success.

To help us understand the situation better, please share a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing, along with your system status report from WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. Then, paste the details on Pastebin and share the link here.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing the system status report and the error screenshot. To assist you further, could you please confirm whether the issue appears right after activating the plugin, or only when you try to configure it?

For testing purposes, please try the following:

    1. Create a staging site (you can use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/).
    2. Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    3. Download a fresh copy of the Google for WooCommerce plugin from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-listings-and-ads/
    4. Activate it and check if the issue still occurs.

This will help us determine whether the issue is caused by a plugin conflict or something else.

Let us know what you find — we’re here to help!
