 * all posts that I added video today give error when checked on Google testing 
   tools. The error is about video description and uploaded date.

 * Could you try just making a small edit to the recipe and saving it like that?
   And clear and caching plugins afterwards before testing the structured data.
 * Sometimes the Youtube API doesn’t provide all information. We automatically recheck
   every few hours or whenever you update the recipe.
