When I disable the donation goal on the forms, I receive an error on the form page, as well as an error on the donation form slider.

    They look like this:
: A non-numeric value encountered in on line : Division by zero in on lineWarning: A non-numeric value encountered in /home/customer/www/nancyd1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/alone/templates/single-give/content-style-2.php on line 44

Warning: Division by zero in /home/customer/www/nancyd1.sg-host.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/alone/templates/single-give/content-style-2.php on line 44

I’ve tried creating a new form and redoing the slider, but the error persists. If I keep it enabled, it works just fine.

Can you help me with this? Thanks so much for your time!

    Hi there,

That error message is pointing to a line of code in your theme. What that tells me is that the theme is requiring a goal bar.

There may be a way to configure the theme template so that it does not require the goal bar. That’s a question for the developer of that theme. We can’t provide support for premium (paid) products on this forum (our products or others) so I’d definitely recommend reaching out to them to see about a fix there.

My first step would be to poke around the settings of the theme to see if there’s a way to have a template that does not require a goal progress bar.

Thanks for using Give! Have a great day.

Hello! Thank you so much for your response. This was very helpful – I will contact the theme developer.

    Have a great day!
    Nancy
