    Hello @ronjasch

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The error you report is generally a parsing error caused by unparseable content in the json result returned by the server after sending an ajax request, this unparseable content may be some exact errors.

So, you can wait for a while then try few more times.

If the error still persists, you can use the browser’s developer console to check the response of the ajax:

    1. On the site > WPvivid Backup Plugin page, open your browser’s developer console(press F12 on Chrome) > Network.
    2. On WPvivid, click Backup Now button.
    3. On the browser’s developer console > you will see some admin-ajax.php on the left side, click them > then click ‘Response’ and see if there are any warnings or errors. (see screenshot – https://prnt.sc/u6q9cf).

Once you locate the exact errors, please forward it to your web host and ask them to fix the error for you.

    All the best,
