Since a couple of day’s people complete lesson on their mobile phone. When they click on ‘completed’ they get the error saying that it can’t be marked as completed.

I have tried to use a basic theme and disabled all the other plugins, but this problem keeps occuring.

  • Hi @scarletlepair! Sorry to hear you’re having issues on mobile. A couple questions to help us troubleshoot what might be going on:

    1. Is it only on mobile that you are experiencing these issues? Or are you seeing this on desktop also?

    2. Do you know what kind of mobile phones are experiencing the issues? All? Only some?

    3. Do you have a screenshot of the error message you are receiving?

Thanks! Hopefully we can get this fixed up asap.

    Hi!

First of all thank you for the quick response.
I saw that you tried to comment on the post using the link, but I just deactivated the plugin. It is activated again at this moment.

    1. It occurs only at mobile devices. Desktop is just fine.

    Thanks!

    2. It seems to happen on all devices, but at random times it doesn’t happen. 1 in a 60 or something like that.

    3. I will try to make one.

Sorry I hit resolved on accident. It is still a problem unfortunately

@scarletlepair – From what you’re describing to me, this might be a server/network issue, not an issue with the plugin. We will continue to look into this though just to make sure.

    Thank you very much!
I tried a few different things last night, because my other site with different hosting had the same issue.

The solution seemed to be reïnstalling the newest wordpress update.

Glad you think you’ve got it figured out! Let us know if you continue to have issues.
