# Error When Clicking "Get Access Code"

 * I use this plugin on a couple of blogs, but my most recent install won’t work.
   I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling the plugin.
 * When I click “Get Access Code” it takes me to a Google error page. Here’s what
   it says:
 * 400. That’s an error.
 * Error: invalid_request
 * Missing required parameter: client_id

 * From Google Analytics -> General Settings uncheck the option **use your own API
   Project credentials**, before authorizing the plugin.

 * hmm deconf.com seems to be down. Cant get to any links to the site… ?
