 * Whenever I change a plugin, add, or remove anything I receive the following error
   in the admin:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/content/t/a/u/taubin/html/blog/wp-content/themes/simple-grunge-theme/
   functions.php:11) in /home/content/t/a/u/taubin/html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.
   php on line 770
 * Please help, I’m a total newbie with all of this… =/
