    Hi there,

    I have found a new issue. When I try to add or modify a testimonial I receive the following errors.

    How do I resolve this?

    Thank you for explaining!
    It might be an issue caused by a plugin or your theme.
    I recommend installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate Strong Testimonials and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.

    Please let me know how it goes and what you find!

    Hi Marian,

    Ok, I have installed the plugin and caried out the actions you mention, and I have the same result.

    I did find that this is in debug mode – with debug disabled it works ok, but I am concerned this is only hiding the issue.

    Thanks you for reaching us !

    So if you don’t have any plugin other than Strong Testimonials installed with theme default do you have any problems? (ie an error will appear) if no error occurs it means that it is a problem brought by a conflict between plugins, if there is a problem when only strong testimonials on theme default is installed then it is a problem from us.

    Hi Marian,

    The site can be found at upvcsuppliesdirect.co.uk

    The issues still occur with only Strong Testimonials activated.
    Please note the errors only she with debug set to true.

    The problem has been solved because those variables have been set, after the update the problem will be solved.
    We don’t know exactly an exact date for the update yet.
