    Hello
    when I active WooCommerce, my site has an error with views

    so I remove WooCommerce from cPanel, and active Really Simple SSL plugin then active WooCommerce.
    work normally for now

    when I open setup Store Details I have this error when click continue (There was a problem updating your preferences.)

    theme: Orchid Store
    PHP version: 7.3
    plugin YITH WooCommerce Wishlist by YITH – 3.0.10 – Installed version not tested with active version of WooCommerce 4.2.0

    How can fix error and WooCommerce work normally

  • Hi @fajryassin06. Do you have any more details about why the preferences can’t be updated? There might be something in your PHP error logs, for example. Does that give an error with more information about what went wrong?

    Hi @fajryassin06. Thanks for clarifying. I’d recommend disabling all other plugins on your site and switching to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, and then trying to install the WooCommerce plugin. Hopefully it is just the install that is running into issues and things will work normally once you’ve gotten past that point.
