   character set: ‘utf8mb4’ for query ALTER TABLE haw_newsletter_emails CONVERT 
   TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci made by activate_plugin, 
   include_once(‘/plugins/newsletter/plugin.php’), Newsletter::instance, Newsletter-
   >__construct, NewsletterModule->__construct, Newsletter->upgrade, maybe_convert_table_to_utf8mb4,
   QM_DB->query WordPress database error Unknown character set: ‘utf8mb4’ for query

 * Check your wp-config.php it seems there is a collate set to utf8mb4, but actually
   your database seems to not support it.
