# Error When Activating Mailchimp for WP Plugin

 * I succesfully downloaded the Pro Version of Mailchimp for WordPress. When I try
   to activate it, it gives an error as follows:
 * _Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error._
 * Warning: require_once(/home/hugoterw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-
   for-wp-pro.php_/includes/functions/install.php): failed to open stream: No such
   file or directory in /home/hugoterw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-
   for-wp-pro.php_/mailchimp-for-wp-pro.php on line 65
 * Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/hugoterw/public_html/
   wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp-pro.php_/includes/functions/install.php’ (
   include_path=’.:/usr/local/php55/pear’) in /home/hugoterw/public_html/wp-content/
   plugins/mailchimp-for-wp-pro.php_/mailchimp-for-wp-pro.php on line 65
