    hello

    first of all i tried using the contact form on your website without success since it says wrong captcha. there wasnt any! checked with adblock disable still not captcha was there.

    Here is what i noticed on latest update:

    1- once i go to “live chat” to activate the support, once it gets green i get this error “You are not a verified agent, chat dashboard has been disabled”. Once i refresh everything is working fine.
    2- while on online chat i often open other tabs on my settings/pages and on admin bar shows “0 chat agent online” although i have the live chat tab open and active

    Could I ask you to confirm if you have attempted to submit the contact form in an incognito window?

    I have tested this and I was unable to reproduce any captcha issues on my side, which leads me to believe that something else may be conflicting with the form submission.

    With regards to the issue with switching to online mode, we will be looking into this further, however, we would like to discuss this with you more via our support desk.

    no it was from edge normal window.

    also noticed that if active user surf the site on chat visitor list still shows as it is in the homepage..its not like before where it showed where visitor was browsing around site bu changing url

    We have looked into this a bit further and we can confirm that these are bugs within our core code.

    We are preparing an update which we hope to release next week.
