    Hi @caramella1123

    1. I did not observe that error message on your site. If you’re using a cache plugin make sure you have it configured to prevent async loading for the Stripe scripts.
    2. You can’t use the same domain name configuration for 2 separate websites if they don’t have the same domain name. You will need to add a new configuration. Can you share a website url?

What browser are you testing on? If safari on mobile, make sure you have popups enabled. Can you share a website url?

What cache plugin? They are all a little different. I’d recommend looking at your cache plugin’s documentation. Make sure you aren’t deferring the js.stripe.com script.

Ok, i have tried and the problem is the popups! this is a big problem as many people may not have popups enabled, do you think is possible to show a message to the center of the screen explaining that the transaction did not take place as the customer needs to enable the popups?

@caramella1123 The popups is only an issue with Safari. You can add a custom message using the plugin templates if you want to add additional information for the customer.
