 * Hello am getting this error
    – Unexpected server response (0) while retrieving
   PDF “[http://dpr.gov.ng/index/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/crude_oil_terminals.pdf&#8221](http://dpr.gov.ng/index/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/crude_oil_terminals.pdf&#8221);.
 * What is the issue pls.

 * For some reason, that PDF file requires special authentication. If you go to 
   a completely new browser and enter the URL directly:
 * [http://dpr.gov.ng/index/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/crude_oil_terminals.pdf](http://dpr.gov.ng/index/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/crude_oil_terminals.pdf)
 * you will see that the browser asks for authentication of some sort and needs 
   to provide a certificate file.
 * The plugin needs to be able to download the file directly unencumbered.
 * You might need to ask your network administrator why the authentication is in
   place, and whether they can remove it.
