The website owner is getting a [“error”,”Error validating access token: The user has not authorized application 457830911380339.”]

This issue has only occurred recently (as far as I know) and nothing on the site had been touched by the owner.

Would I be correct to assume this is an issue within facebook whereby this plkugin needs be re-authorised for some reason?

If so is there any ‘simple guide’ or a brief set of instructions I can refer the owner too, so she can resole the issue?

    Thank you all 🙂

    Hi,

We very much regret incidents such as the one that you have brought to our attention. Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

    • Go to Facebook Feed WD and press Uninstall.
    • Navigate to Plugins page and delete Facebook Feed WD
    • Reinstall and actvate it.

Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

    Thanks! Have a nice day!

Thanks. That’s a real disappointment but I guess we’ll need to give that a go.
Has the issue been fixed for the future or could it happen again?
