# Error using Test Cards

 * I setup a new site and am trying to test transactions, but can’t get any to go
   through.
 * I verified that I’m in Test Mode, but keep getting the error “Credit card / debit
   card is not available for this order—please choose a different payment method”
 * I tried disabling / enabling plugins, trying in incognito mode, clearing cache,
   etc.
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 * I understand your concern about the issue you’re facing in test mode.
 * I attempted to access the checkout page to replicate the issue, but it seems 
   that login is required. For testing purposes, could you please temporarily disable
   this restriction so I can access the checkout page, place a test order, and see
   what issue appears?
 * In the meantime, could you try using one of the test cards mentioned in this
