Error Uploading Photos

Hello,

when i try tu Upload a Photo i´ll get this error:

Information: Dein Server erlaubt dir 20 Dateien mit maximal je 64M Bytes und insgesamt 64M Bytes hochzuladen. Er erlaubt 60 Sekunden für diese Aktion. Wenn deine Anfrage diese Grenzen überschreitet, wird sie scheitern. Möglicherweise erhältst du KEINE Fehlermeldung. Möglicherweise hat der Provider weitere Beschränkungen für den Upload konfiguriert.

Aufgrund des auf dem Server verfügbaren Arbeitsspeichers solltest du keine Fotos hochladen, die größer als 0.7 Megapixel sind
z.B. nicht größer als ungefähr 1000 x 750 Pixel (4:3) oder 1150 x 650 Pixel (16:9).

i’am not able to Upload 1 Photo with a sice of 1024×768 and 356kb.

my Memory Infos shows :
Arbeitsspeicher: 57.25 von 128 MB (45%) | WP-LIMIT: 128 MB | IP 151.80.251.180 (cloudserv4) | PHP 5.6.40-0+deb8u2 @64BitOS Version 5.2.2

But i think it should work with about 71MB free Memory!?

can you Help me Please?
I have allready re-installed the Plugin, with the newest Version. WordPress is Up to Date too. And my Hoster say everything is okay with the Server.
