error upload product image

    Hi all about kane,

    Can you provide us with the URL where this is happening so we can take a look?

    Have you tried testing for a plugin conflict? To do so, you’d deactivate all of your plugins except for Exchange and then see if it works. If it does, reactivate your other plugins one at a time, testing each time to see which plugin is creating the conflict.

    Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

    i’m working in localhost… anyway i tried to deactivate every single plugin but it didn’t work 🙁

    I’m having the same problem. I can upload an image thats 500x500px but not 175x175px.

    Is deactivating all of my plugins really the only way? I’m running a business and I’d hate for clients or potential clients to have a bad experience on my website because a necessary plugin didn’t work.
