Error Upgrading to 3.5, UNABLE to Troubleshoot

    I’ve tried everything and have gone through all the relevant threads without success, so I’m resorting to asking for assistance and hoping you can help. In attempting to upgrade to 3.5, this is the error I receive:

    Installation Failed

    I’ve tried disabling all plug-ins, clearing cache, resetting Cron permissions. What am I missing??
