Every time I try to active some features in the Jetpack I get a SyntaxError: “Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0”, I can see that I have a pb with all API related features…
In the network console I can see a red line for settings (see below for answer header), all plugins deactivated, permalinks set to custom ‘/%postname%/’, no cloudflare, wordpress forced reinstallation from the dashboard…
Any help would be much appreciated!!

  • We tested the Jetpack connection for your site and it seems OK now.

If you still see the problem, can you see if it persists when you temporarily deactivate all other plugins on your site?

Also, please contact your site host and have them update you to at least version 7 of PHP.

    Thank you.

Sorry for the late reply and thanks a lot for your answer!
Yes, as I mentioned it in my question I tried with all plugins deactivated, that’s what bothering me, cause everything seem alright now. That’s a customer website which was hacked, every seems to be clean now but this problems is the last I can’t treat…

We tested the site’s connection again, and now we’re seeing the error you originally mentioned.

Can you have the site host follow the steps under the Whitelist all communications between WordPress.com and Jetpack section here?

    https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/

We hope that helps, and let us know if you need further feedback.
