# Error “undefined” on checkout

 * if I select Paypal as a payment method in the checkout and proceed with the order
   without checking the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions of sale, the“
   undefined” error appears instead of displaying a specific error. This creates
   a lot of confusion for users who often cannot understand why they cannot continue
   with the order. The error graphic is not the typical woocommerce graphic (red

 * This only happens if I select a PayPal payment method. Can you please check?

 * We’d like you to check if the issue also occurs in a vanilla environment. Please
   disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments, and see if the
   problem persists.
 * If the issue disappears, re-enable each plugin one by one to identify which one
   is causing the problem, and let us know your findings.

 * thank you, I carried out the tests, I found that the problem only occurs if the“
   Multi-Step Checkout for WooCommerce (Pro)” plugin is active.
 * I wrote to the plugin developers to ask for verification. I will write to you
   again if necessary.
