 * Getting a new error message all of a sudden. Not sure what it means since I am
   setting up the new user the same as I have all the others. Could someone please
   take a look I’m payment #495

 * At what point in the process of setting up a new user do you see this error?
 * What version of the plugin are you using?
 * Generally this error indicates that there has been some issue loading the plugin
   JavaScript files or some part of the JavaScript has failed to run, prior to your
   setting up the new user. This is most commonly caused by a conflict between plugins.
   Have you recently installed or updated any plugins?
