When using the CloudFlare with the official CloudFlare plugin, you will need to change one of your Wordfence options. On the Options page, look for “How does Wordfence get IPs, and choose the first option, “Let Wordfence use the most secure method (…)”

The CloudFlare plugin fills in the real visitor’s IP, so Wordfence no longer needs to look at the CF-Connecting-IP header. After changing the setting, I recommend double-checking on the Live Traffic tab that future visits do show up with various IPs for different visitors. (You can also check that your own IP appears, if you visit from a different browser or device.)
