# Error ‘undefined’

 * Hi there,
 * I have the CMP plugin installed and working on desktop but when I enter my email
   address on the mobile version, rather than a success message upon subscribing,
   it comes up with an error that says ‘undefined’ and the double optin email from
   mail chimp isnt sent.
 * Any ideas on why?

 * Hmm just tested. That seems to be it!
    Any ideas on how I could get around this?
 * p.s. I’ve left the caching plugin deactivated so you can see if you get the same
   result.

 * Great.
 * I think it might be combination of Endurance Cache and Google Recaptcha validation,
   I will test it on my development servers.
 * You can leave caching plugin disabled, it is really not required for a super 
   small Coming soon page from CMP. Once you have your website and you no longer
   need CMP, feel free to enable caching again.

 * p.s the caching plugin I use is WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache if you need
   to test.
