Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-downloading

    Hi!
    The plugin is not able to import starter templates. It gives this error when after clicking on “Gutenberg” or “Elementor”:
    “Error, Unable to access template database, please try re-downloading”

    Hey,
    I’ve seen this once before. That person had changed the WordPress directory and had not set the correct path to the WP_CONTENT_DIR constant so that WordPress wasn’t able to write the template database JSON to the wp_content folder. The fix was to fix the WP_CONTENT_DIR constant to match up with what they had changed

    I suggest contacting your hosting provider and asking them to make sure your directory paths are properly set.
