Error trying to recover password – File not found

    I noticed that when a customer tries to recover the password and enters the wrong email, a message appears saying “File not found.” and the page just doesn’t load, and the page url looks like this https://my-website.com/new-pass/wp-login.php?checkemail=confirm

    I have a page called New password, on it I pasted the shortcode [profilepress-password-reset id=”1″] everything works fine until someone tries to reset the password and misses the email 🙂

    This looks like a plugin conflict. Try disabling other plugins save for ProfilePress and test. If it works, reactivate the plugins one at a time to find the conflicting plugin.
