Error trying to connect to the data base

While trying to connect to the data base i fell in a cycle:

• 1. If I have wp-config-sample.php appears a message saying that maybe the data i wrote in “wp-config.php” is wrong
• 2. If I change the wp-config-sample.php to wp-config.php says that it´s necessary the “wp-config-sample.php” to start
• 3. If I make a copy of wp-config-sample.php and past it as wp-config.php and don´t eliminate the wp-config-sample.php it says there´s too many “wp-config.php”

Can somebody help me please??
