    Hi mubiesam,

Thank you for sending over the screenshots!

The error you’re seeing happens because you haven’t created the .po translation file for the LearnPress – Students List add-on yet.

Here’s how to fix it using the Loco Translate plugin:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Loco Translate > Plugins.
    2. Find and click on LearnPress – Students List.
    3. Click the “New language” button.
    4. In the “Choose a language” dropdown, select the language you want to translate the add-on into (e.g., French, Spanish, etc.).
    5. Under “Choose a location,” make sure to select the “System” option. This is very important to ensure the file is saved in the correct place.
    6. Once the new language is created, you can search for the text you want to translate and add your translation.

Remember, the language you choose for the translation file must match the “Site Language” you have set under Settings > General in your WordPress dashboard.

After you’ve done this, the translation should be applied correctly on your site.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Best regards,
    Brianvu-tp

    Hi @briantp

Please see the screenshot below, Loco recommends the location to be “Custom”, but even I changed the location to “System” as you suggested, still can not find this sentence “There are 4 students who are learning in this course.” to be translated. (Please refer to the screenshot attached earlier)

    Hi mubiesam,

    Thank you for your follow-up.

That both the “System” and “Custom” locations in Loco Translate are valid for storing .po files to prevent them from being lost during plugin updates.

However, the fact that you still cannot find the specific string even after creating the file points to a more complex issue.
