Error transferring points between users

Hi there. I need you to log in with the ID, but when transferring, sometimes you transfer and then not do it again. Throw the error as shown in picture 3.
I would need the plugin only so that users can transfer points between them and it is just what is not working. A developer who works with me gets the same error on installation.Thank you for assisting me.
