Hi @omegalita
Does this issue occur on a specific page or all pages? Could you please confirm what version of UM you’re using?
Regards,
Hi Champ (what a Name 🙂 )
Thanks for your reply
This happens when I activate the plugin and then on all pages.
I then have to deactivate the plugin via FTP so that I can get back to the page.
It is also strange that the plugin worked and suddenly this error comes, although nothing was changed.
The site is a fresh install, the plugin UM is version 2.1.16
On the “old” site, the plugin works perfectly and has for more than 5 years.
I have also copied UM from the old site via FTP to the new site. But the error remains the same…
Hi @omegalita
Have you tried activating the UM as the only active plugin on your freshly installed WP site and see if there’s a plugin conflict issue?
Regards,
Hello Champ
Yes, I tried that too, unfortunately without success.
I even uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but that didn’t help either.
I have now installed a backup and now it seems to work again.
I will watch it and if I discover a problem related to another plugin, I will be happy to post it here.
Thanks a lot for now.
I have exactly the same problem and have identified this plugin as the cause via FTP. I must now look for an alternative, because this plugin seems to be very buggy.

What’s the version of UM installed with your backup?

Hi Champ
It is the same version as before: 2.1.16
