Error to create new form

    Hello,
    i have a question. I use on my website the plugin ‘multi step form’ BUT i have a problem. The plugin don’t work when i try to add new form: https://prnt.sc/jnj711

    Hi,
    did you entered all needed information?
    Normally the plugin works fine out of the box.
    Try again with disabled plugins except the MSF an with a standard theme. I that works enable all other elements step by step again.
