 * I search since many weeks .. make me crazy !
 * I have two hosteds website (on OVH) with two differents contrats : 1 wordpress
   and 1 moodle
    .. same error !!
 * i install H5P pluging : good
    when i want to add an activity (same for all), 
   i have a 403 message error. when i active chrome-console :

 * Please double check your file permissions, are you able to open the URL in a 
   separate tab?
    Also, check that you don’t have any “security” plugins or .htaccess
   files preventing these files from loading

 * can you explain how “double check my file permission” ?
 * i don’t see any security in this .htaccess (i think !) and i don’t have any pluggin
   for this…

 * You must be sure that the file permission is set up so that the webserver can
   access and read the plugin files. If you are unable to open the files in a regular
   tab in your browser then your web server is misconfigured or does not have the
   correct file permissions to deliver the file.
