Error: This users root directory is not readable.

    I am unable to get the Add From Server plugin to even show…

    When selected I get the following message.

    Error: This users root directory is not readable. Please have your site administrator correct the Add From Server root directory settings.

    I am working on a WP site on GoDaddy. They have assured me that I have , at minimum, complete read access to all folders.

    What do I need to do to make this work?

    I am getting this additional information on the error page…
