• Hello,
Today I have decided to clean caches and wanted to reach the cPanel through GoDaddy, I have made staging and some enabling about SSH.
Afterward, I have tried to reach my wordpress dashboard but first received invalid password or mail address. I tried to reset my password but said there is no account with that username or mail address.
Now looks the problem solved since I just reached my dashboard. But I wonder what was the problem.
Now I can’t have back up because of Godaddy I guess.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I’m a little unclear about what you are asking… I think a phone call to GoDaddy might be in order just to clarify what the issue might be and what you might need to do yet.

If you don’t have a backup then that might be because you haven’t used the facilities available in your web hosting and CPanel to create a backup that way.

My recommendation is to create a backup at the host by all means but I can’t stress enough you should install and use a backup plugin within your WordPress install itself.

If instead you mean ‘back up’ as in ‘up and open’ then your site is working from here.

If you are asking us what might have happened then I can only say, ‘I don’t know’.

    Hello,

We already uploaded a back-up plugin and now its working smoothly but javascript and caches are making insufficient.

Nevertheless thank you very much for your reply.
