    Hi there, I am trying to gain access to Themeco but do not have login credentials to start a forum. When trying to edit via Cornerstone on WordPress, error message: The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. Origin URL: http://www.ietinc.ca Preview URL: http://www.ietinc.ca/about/ Last week I updated PHP through Network Solutions. Can someone please help me log in and fix this issue? Thank you so much!

    Unless the iframe source is from your own website, you don’t have any control over response. Is this only an issue with preview? The published pages seem to be OK AFAICT. If so, the error might be due to how your editor manages previews. You might choose to ignore the problem. If it’s bothersome, I recommend seeking assistance through the dedicated support channel for your editor.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your response. This is only an issue with preview. I cannot edit pages through our ThemeCo account. Do you know where I can find a validation key for the theme purchased? I am taking over web design for a previous employee and nothing was marked down. If you can provide any information regarding this, I would greatly appreciate it.

    Again, we are working with ThemeCo X and cannot edit through Cornerstone.

    The advice we can provide for commercial products or services is very limited. I suggest contacting their customer service. Find out what they need for you to get what you need to move forward.
