Hi @lauraloos
Thanks for using PublishPress Planner.
Can you please try to enable Async notification? It’s located under Planner > Settings > Features?
If it’s enabled, try to disable it.
Let me know if the issue persists.
Thanks,
Hello, Async notification is al ready enabled.
Greetings Laura
@lauraloos If it’s enabled, can you please try uncheck it and see if the issue persists?
@lauraloos Could you confirm if your WP cron is running normally?
@lauraloos You could install plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/ , then try to see if any cron is created for a notification.
Hi Riza: Is this the right cron? Then there is one creating.
action_scheduler_run_queue
[ “WP Cron” ]
9 October 2024 07:42 nuActionScheduler_QueueRunner->run()
@lauraloos That is actually not the correct one from our plugin. Can you share screenshot on all the cron task that currently on your site? We will help you to check if there is any cron task created from our plugin.
Hello, I hope You can see something on these print screens.
@lauraloos Yup I could see everything now.
So no cron is created from our plugin.
Can you please check your wp-config.php ? Is there any line that says something similar to this?
define('DISABLE_WP_CRON', true);
Thanks,
Hello, Now nothing like that in the wp-config file.
@lauraloos Can you please try install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-cron-status-checker/ ?
And screenshot on this part?
Hello, You mean this screen?
@lauraloos Yes, and it seems your WP Cron is running just fine.
This is quite weird if your WP Cron works fine and you still got that error on notification.
Honestly, this behavior is not typical for our plugin. The situation appears to be more complex and may require further troubleshooting.
Unfortunately, asking for login details is against the guidelines of this forum (WordPress.org Forum Guidelines ).
Our Pro users have the advantage of accessing our private helpdesk, allowing for direct troubleshooting on their sites.
Considering the complexity of the issue, we recommend upgrading to the Pro version so we can address and troubleshoot it directly on your site.
If you prefer to keep using the free version, we will need the exact steps on replicating this on fresh WordPress installation.
