Hello,

I am trying to migrate my old woocommerce site into EDD. But when i am trying to import csv file.. i am getting the following error,

The file you uploaded does not appear to be a CSV file.

I am 100% sure there have no issue with my CSV file. Because i tested with random plugins, google spreadsheet, sample csv from pippinsplugins github ( https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pippinsplugins/EDD-Product-Import-CSV/master/edd-import-sample.csv ) showing same error always.

I tested with 2 different host with fresh wordpress install also.. but getting same error..

Please give me solution immediately

Hi,
You can validate your CSV using csvlint.io to avoid any validation issue. Otherwise, the issue is known one and discussed here https://github.com/easydigitaldownloads/easy-digital-downloads/issues/4769. You can verify it. This seems to be browser specific for some cases, worked in IE but not with Firefox. If it is urgent give trying different browsers to complete the job now.

I have downloaded the .CSV file from your provided link and tried the import process. I do not face any issue or error like you said.

It would be good if you provide some details to debug the issue. Please navigate to EDD Downloads > Tools > System Info. Can you please paste that info over here?
