Hello,
This is a general error shown when WordPress “crashes”. If you were able to sync files already that means everything works fine but it seems that your hosting service is halting the requests.
Your PHP logs files are on the server. Do you have any dashboard accessible on your hosting service system? You can also check their FAQ and ask them, they must provide you the PHP logs for your system.
My guess is they are blocking those requests “from outside” for security reason. There are ways around it but first we should know the exact issue.
Please try the new version that came today (the Lightroom plugin). It might help you more in finding the issue.
Hi tried to download from your web site and I got #404 error your page is not available
Hi Jordy, I tried the the new release from today, It work for 5 photo and stop with same error
Sorry to reply so late – I didn’t see the notification.
You must ask your hosting service for the PHP logs, it will be very hard to know what is happening otherwise.
As a side test, there is a option in the plugin settings called Delay. You can try to set it to 30 seconds… It might help. Many hosting services block external apps when they perform too many requests too fast.
Did you see my message? I would really like to help.
Hi Jordy, I did install your latest release so far so good, it seem to correct my issue
