@fabioma Do you mean that the “Default replacement content” text resets when you change it and save or when you delete it completely and save?

Could you please provide any additional information so I can reproduce this case, such as: browser you you are using, WP version and maybe some unconventional settings?
It would be helpful if you could check if there are any messages in debug mode and if there are any conflicts with other plugins (by disabling other plugins and checking if the problem persists).
The plugin has been updated. There should no longer be any issues with resetting saved text.
