I understand you are seeing an error message on activating WooCommerce: `
Error: The admin note layout has a wrong prop value`.
Could you share a screenshot of the error? You could use a free tool like https://snipboard.io to share the screenshots.
Also, could you confirm if the error appears on all admin pages and the front as well? Or does it only appear on specific pages?

The best way to determine if there is a theme/plugin conflict is to:
1. Switch your theme to Storefront.
2. Disable all plugins.
3. Activate WooCommerce plugin.
If you are able to activate WooCommerce without any errors, the problem may be with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each reactivation until you find the one causing the error.
If the issue still persists, kindly share the following information:
1. System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
2. Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
Please redact any sensitive information from the status report that you share.
