    Hello,

    I receive this error when i try to add one offert on my web site:

    error: sorry, there was an error. please be sure javascript and cookies are enabled in your browser and try again.

    If i have desactivate this plugin all run good!
    Any ideea how i can solve this problem ?

    Hi @d_alinus2004,

    Almost 100% of reports of this type of error have nothing to do with the plugin itself, but rather are due to a site config issue or conflict.

    Step 9 in our Troubleshooting Guide covers this specific issue, and gives the steps to resolve it:

    One or more users on your site consistently receive a JavaScript and cookies related error message similar to this: “Sorry, there was an error. Please enable JavaScript and Cookies in your browser and try again.” (For comments, registrations, contact forms, or anything else.)

    I still have this problem after desactivate the capcha option.

    I just try to send the message and evry time i receive this error:

    Being that this plugin is provided free, and support is provided free on a volunteer basis, we ask that you be respectful and take a few minutes to look into the issue on your own using the resources we have provided, before you submit a support request. Consider that we have over 100,000 sites actively using this plugin, and if we don’t make this requirement, we will have to move to premium paid support only.

    We are more than happy to help those who are willing to take a few minutes to help themselves.

    Now i have visit the page and still dosne’t work.
    To complicated. I will desinstal the plugin.

    As I said, if you follow the directions, it works just fine. Please see Step 2 of the Troubleshooting Guide: Check the Known Issues and Plugin Conflicts.

    It’s not complicated at all. You just need to do some quick checks. It’s 5 minutes at most.

    Ah, But my problem it’s when somebody try to add a listing not when he want to register:
    The problem it’s when he try to acces the “add linsting” page.
