 * Hi Isabel,
 * First of all, many thanks for your work.
    I added your plugin today and I got
   the same error message “Something went wrong” on the page that I wanted to display
   the chart.
 * I checked your pre-support guidelines and everything is ok.
    So I added the Windows’
   plugin just in case, cleaned the cache and so one, but I still get the same error
   message. So I desactivated the plugin, and tried again but I got no better result.
 * I would really appreciate your support.

 * It seems to be a serial error for many server constellation.
 * The only webhosting in our test where it works is namecheap. But what is the 
   difference between namecheap server configuration and others?
 * The ZP health test is okay on every tested hosting.
 * If I see it right the issue comes up, when the form has no longitude value.
