# Error since last upgrade

 * Hi,
 * After the last upgrade, I received an error code and decided to deactivate all
   plugins from FTP.
    Now I tried to activate one by one and PUM won’t activate.
   It gives me this error:
 * Warning: Unexpected character in input: ‘\’ (ASCII=92) state=1 in /home5/winstona/
   public_html/lasoda/wp-content/plugins/popup-maker/classes/Site/Popups.php on 
   line 68
 * I am not on facebook so I cannot join the facebook group. Can you give support
   off facebook?

   the delay. We absolutely provide support outside of FB. We actually only just
   created our FB group this past week and are getting users onboarded. It is just
   a very rapid communication method in cases where there are issues during updates
   like this.
 * That said we tested extensively and had public betas but these didn’t turn up.
   So apologies.
 * I have patched the Fatal error, but I’m still researching the warning. Can you
   tell me what version of PHP your server is running?
