    Hello gents. I have had an open ticket on this issue for quite some time. Initially you responded with some suggestions and I followed them but nothing has helped. The last response from you was to provide a log run in debug mode. I have done that and sent it but since then you have been silent. I truly need your help to understand why this is happening as it stands now I cannot trust my backups and that is not good. Please, he me sort this issue out.

    I am hoping that by starting a new support topic my original ticket and all we have done so far will get your attention
