 * Hi, I’m having a problem with the plugin. After I install it, the main shop page
   where you set up the catalog etc. doesn’t display correctly, and the “Shop” tab
   doesn’t display correctly either. I’m attaching a screenshot link so you can
   see what I mean. Has this ever happened to you? I’ve cleared the cache, deactivated
   and reinstalled the plugin, and deactivated caching plugins, but nothing has
   worked.

 * Hi [@comunikal](https://wordpress.org/support/users/comunikal/),
 * Thanks for reaching out!
 * I have two questions so we can confirm what is happening.
    1. Is your store currently connected to Facebook, and does the settings page ever
       show a Shops tab? From the screenshot it looks like it doesn’t, which would
       be the important part.
    2. Can you post a System Status report? WooCommerce → Status → Get system report
       → Copy for support, then paste it to [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com)
       for easy sharing.
 * Also worth knowing: was this store connected to Facebookat some point in the
   past, before this install?
 * Best,
   Marko

 * Thanks. I see you have the Code Snippets plugin installed, so we can test a repair
   without disconnecting the store.
 * Can you add a new PHP snippet, set it to Run Once, and use this single line:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       facebook_for_woocommerce()->get_connection_handler()->repair_or_update_commerce_integration_data();
       ```
 * Run it once, then reload the Facebook settings page and let me know whether the
   Shops tab and panel display correctly.
 * The snippet will not disconnect the store or alter your synced products.
 * Regardless of the outcome, please also go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, open
   the newest `facebook_for_woocommerce` log, and paste the lines mentioning “commerce
   integration” to [https://pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com). You can redact
   any numeric IDs.
 * Thanks for running that!
 * Please replace the previous snippet with this one and set it to Run Once:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       $c = facebook_for_woocommerce()->get_connection_handler();wc_get_logger()->info(    'FBDIAG before: connected=' . ( $c->is_connected() ? 'yes' : 'no' )    . ' merchant_token=' . ( get_option( 'wc_facebook_merchant_access_token', '' ) ? 'present' : 'missing' )    . ' cpi=' . ( $c->get_commerce_partner_integration_id() ? 'present' : 'missing' )    . ' ebi=' . ( $c->get_external_business_id() ? 'present' : 'missing' ),    array( 'source' => 'fbdiag' ));$c->repair_or_update_commerce_integration_data();wc_get_logger()->info(    'FBDIAG after: cpi=' . ( $c->get_commerce_partner_integration_id() ? 'present' : 'missing' ),    array( 'source' => 'fbdiag' ));
       ```

 * After it runs, go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and select `fbdiag` from the
   source dropdown at the top. Please paste the two `FBDIAG` lines here. They do
   not
   contain credentials or ID values.
 * One other question: has this site ever been migrated, cloned, or restored from
   a staging copy?

 * Thanks for trying that!
 * I’ve shared the issue with our development team for investigation. While they
   review it, I’d like to run one final test.
 * The plugin keeps its own logging switched off while a store is connected, which
   is why the earlier log had nothing relevant in it. The snippet below turns logging
   on, refreshes the locally stored connection details, and switches logging back
   to how it was. (It does not disconnect the store or remove anything from your
   catalog.)
 * Add a new PHP snippet, set it to Run Once, and use Save Changes and Execute Once:
 *     ```wp-block-code
       $previous_debug_mode = get_option( 'wc_facebook_enable_debug_mode', 'no' );update_option( 'wc_facebook_enable_debug_mode', 'yes' );delete_transient( '_wc_facebook_for_woocommerce_refresh_installation_data' );facebook_for_woocommerce()->get_connection_handler()->refresh_installation_data();update_option( 'wc_facebook_enable_debug_mode', $previous_debug_mode );
       ```
 * Then reload the Meta for WooCommerce settings page and let me know whether the
   Shops tab is back.
 * If it isn’t, go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, select `facebook_for_woocommerce`,
   and open the newest file. Please share the lines created when you ran the snippet,
   particularly anything mentioning “commerce integration” or “installation data,”
   via Pastebin. You can redact any numeric IDs.
 * If that log source still doesn’t appear, just let me know. We’ll leave it there
   until we have an update from the development team.
 * Best,
   Marko
 * Hi, I ran it again and nothing happened. You can see it in the screenshot. Also,
   in the logs there’s no entry for “facebook_for_woocommerce” for today — only
   for yesterday.
