    I’ve edited one of my templates, but when I try to save it, I receive the following message:

    The content of the post is empty. Are you sure you want to save the post with blank content.

    If I save it, it blanks the template.

    It’s a Pagelayer notification, but I can find no documentation. Why is this happening?

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    This is caused by some javascript error while saving. Kindly attach screenshots of the browser console (Ctrl + Shift + J for chrome and Ctrl + Shift + K for firefox)
    when the issue occurs.

    Well, I worked around it. I’m using MS Edge, but if it occurs again I’ll take a shot of my console and send it to you.

    The same think to me!

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in the response and the inconvenience caused.

    It seems that the editor dom is not properly structured and it is mismatching the element on that page due to this you are facing the issue so you need to create a new draft page and cut and paste the widget from your old page to the new draft page and after that save the old page as blank and try to create the old page from scratch and again cut/paste the content form new draft to the old page.

    As suggested by Pagelayer Team, I created another page, inserting all the characteristics again (lines, text, links, etc.), but then I updated the page with the WordPress button and the problem reappeared right away.
    I therefore believe that this problem (which wastes me too much time) should be solved by your team!
